Così il presidente della Conferenza delle Regioni, Stefano Bonaccini, ha commentato l'incontro notturno con il governo che ha chiuso una lunga giornata di confronto e una trattativa non priva di tensioni. L'esecutivo "si è impegnato a richiamare nel testo le linee guida elaborate e proposte dalla Conferenza delle Regioni quale riferimento certo e principale dai cui far discendere i protocolli regionali".
